The Board resolution dated February 21, 2020, the Board of Directors of South Logistics Joint Stock Company (STG) approved to collect shareholders’ opinion in writing as follows:

-       Record date: March 12, 2020

-       Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-       Meeting date: expected in from March 17, 2020 to March 31, 2020

-       Meeting venue: 1B Hoang Dieu, ward 13, district 4, Hochiminh.

-       Content: to allow Indo Trans Logistics (ITL) to raise the ownership ratio at STG to 100% number of voting right shares of STG without making a public tender offer.
