Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company announces Board resolutions as follows:
Board Resolution No.05/2020 dated February 21, 2020:
On February 21, 2020, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company approved the redemption of restricted shares in the employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) from ex-employees and transfer the ownership rights to the Company’s labor union.
These shares will be distributed to members of ESOP or other staff under the decision of the Board of Directors. Accordingly, Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company decided to redeem 1,400 ESOP shares as follows:
