On February 20, 2020, Petroleum Pipeline & Tank Construction Joint Stock Company (PXT) approved the following issues:

1. The Board of Directors approved the business plan in 2020:

-       Output: 97 billion dongs

-       Revenue:  137 billion dongs

-       To pay the state budget: 10 billion dongs.

2. The Board of Directors approved the holding of Annual General Meeting 2020:

-       Record date: March 16, 2020

-       Meeting time: expected in April 24, 2020

-       Meeting venue: Grand Hotel, Vung Tau City.

-       Content:

+ Report on the BOD activities in 2019;

+ Report on the business result in 2019;

+ Report on the business plan in 2020;

+ Report from the Supervisory Board in 2019;

+ Audited financial statements in 2019;

+ Selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2019;

+ Personnel change;

+ Remuneration of the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2019 and plan for 2020;

+ Other issues.
