On February 19, 2020, the Board of Directors of Truong Thinh Energy Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: TTE) approved the following issues:

1. Change of the representative for stake of TTE at Trung Viet Co., Ltd.:

−      Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuong as Representative for stake of TTE at Trung Viet Co., Ltd. from February 19, 2020; 

−      Appointing Mr. Tran Quang Chung as Representative for stake of TTE at Trung Viet Co., Ltd..

2. Change of information on the head of Representative Office of Truong Thinh Energy Investment Joint Stock Company and the head of branch of Truong Thinh Energy Investment Joint Stock Company in Quang Nam as follows:

3. The Board approved to issue the Company’s regulations and the regulations on salary, bonus, welfare and business travel expenses.
