SBV: Board approves transactions with related parties

According to the Board resolution dated February 14, 2020, the Board of Directors of Siam Brothers Vietnam Joint Stock Company approved transactions with the following related parties as follows:

- Siam Holdings Vietnam Joint Stock Company

- VFD Joint Stock Company

- VFI Joint Stock Company

- Dong Duong Tourist and Advertising Trading Service Co., Ltd.

- Viet Son Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company

- Siam Ecological Agriculture Joint Stock Company

- Siam Brothers Vietnam Service And Trading Company Limited

- Siam Brothers Net Company Ltd

Accordingly, the agreements and transactions with the value less than 35% of the total assets in the latest financial statements will be decided by the Board of Directors; and the agreements and transactions with the value from and more than 35% of the total assets in the latest financial statements will be decided by the general meeting of shareholders.
