-       Record date: February 28, 2020

-       Purpose: to seek shareholders’ approval in writing.

-       Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-       Time of implementation: in March 2020

-       Place of implementation: at the Office of Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company, 47 Nguyen Canh Hoan, Quan Bau Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An Province.  

-       Content of seeking shareholders’ approval: to vote for a plan for stock private placement and other issues under the jurisdiction of the general meeting of shareholders.
