1. Approving to increase the charter capital of Cuong Sinh Yen Chau One-member Limited Company from VND39 billion to VND54 billion.

-       Purpose: to raise the working capital and finance the development plans of Cuong Sinh Yen Chau One-member Limited Company from 2020 to 2024;

-       Time of implementation: February 2020

-       Charter capital after change: VND54 billion

-       Hong Ha Son La Processing Agricultural Product Joint Stock Company contributes VND14 billion by 1,400,000 shares of Hong Ha Son La Transportation and Agricultural Supplies Joint Stock Company. The holding ratio after capital increase will be 98.148%.

2. Approving to change Cuong Sinh Yen Chau One-member Limited Company to Cuong Sinh Yen Chau Joint Stock Company.
