On February 11, 2020, Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company (KDH) approved the following issues:

1. The Board of Directors approved to contribute capital in Vi La Joint Stock Company:

-       Charter capital: VND 400,000,000,000 (KDH contributed 99% charter capital)

-     On January 20, 2020, the Board of Directors approved to expect to contribute an additional VND 356,400,000,000 to raise charter capital for Vila JSC according to the Report No.03/2020/NQ-HĐQT. Now, the Board of Directors approved to adjust the additional contribution capital of VND 360,000,000,000. The progress is divided into 2 phases, including:

• The latest day of June 30, 2020: VND 120,000,000,000;
• The latest day of June 30, 2021: VND 240,000,000,000.

2. The Board of Directors approved to contribute capital of Vi La JSC to Thuy Sinh Real Estate Joint Stock Company:

-       Charter capital: VND 240,000,000,000 (Vila contributed 99.9 charter capital)

-       On January 20, 2020, the Board of Directors of KDH approved Vila to expect to contribute an additional VND 359,640,000,000 to raise charter capital for Thuy Sinh Real Estate JSC according to the Report No.03/2020/NQ-HĐQT. Now, the Board of Directors approved to adjust the additional contribution capital of Vila to Thuy Sinh Real Estate JSC of VND 360,000,000,000. The progress is divided into 2 phases, including:

• The latest day of June 30, 2020: VND 120,000,000,000;
• The latest day of June 30, 2021: VND 240,000,000,000.
