1. Ex-right date: February 18, 2020            
2. Record date: February 19, 2020    
3. Purpose: to pay stock dividends for 2018.
4. Detailed information:

-       Estimated issue volume: 8,230,370 shares

-       Exercise ratio: 15% (Those who own 100 shares will receive 15 new shares)

-       Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-       For example, if shareholder A owns 110 shares at the record date, he will receive 16 new shares. The fractional part (0.5 share) will be cancelled.

-       Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Transimex Corporation (9^th Floor, TMS Building, 172 Hai Ba Trung, Da Kao ward, district 1, Ho Chi Minh city).
