According to the Board resolution dated December 03, 2020, the Board of Directors of Hanoi Plastics Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)       Approving the result of the public offering:

-          Estimated issue volume:  2,000,000 shares

-          Paid volume: 1,978,128 shares

-          Unsold shares volume: 21,872 shares

-          Fractional shares: 2,053 shares.

2)      Approving the distribution of unsold shares and fractional shares:  21,872 shares

-          Number of shares continuing to be distributed to other investors: 21,872 shares

-          Selling price: VND 45,000/share

-          Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang who is allowed to buy these shares

-          Subscription and payment date: December 03, 2020.
