On November 24, 2020, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Rubber Group - Joint Stock Company (HOSE: GVR) decided the beginning price of divestment in Sai Gon VRG Investment Joint Stock Company (Upcom: SIP) according to valuation certificate to be 97,500 dongs/share.

The Board of Directors approved a plan for selling stake in Sai Gon VRG Investment Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          Owner: Viet Nam Rubber Group - Joint Stock Company

-          Consulting firm: Vietcombank Securities Company Ltd – Ho Chi Minh Branch

-          Target company: Sai Gon VRG Investment Joint Stock Company (Upcom: SIP)

-          Number of SIP shares owned by Viet Nam Rubber Group - Joint Stock Company: 10,740,944 shares

-          Offering volume : 10,740,944 shares

*  Offering volume for Phase 1: 9,339,952 shares;

*  Offering volume for Phase 2: 1,400,992 shares (these are bonus shares will be offered after completing the valuation and deciding a beginning price as prescribed).

-           Beginning price for Phase 1: 97,500 dongs/share
