The Board of Directors of Viet Dragon Securities Corporation (VDSC) approved the acquisition of more than 51% of shares of Viet Dragon Fund Management (VDFM):

- Buying ratio: at least 51% of shares of VDFM;

- Buying price: estimated at VND20,000/share.
