On December 23, 2020, the Board of Directors of Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

- Approving the policy on guaranteeing Van Phu Invest Joint Stock Company No.2, related to the obligation for the bonds in the 2020 private placement.

- Approving to transfer all charter at Truong Minh Agricultural Medicine Company Limited, owned by Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company.
