The Board resolution dated December 30, 2020, the Board of Directors of Viet Dragon Securities Corporation approved to pay first cash dividend for 2020 as follows:

-          Exercise ratio: 3% (300 dongs/share)

-          Record date: January 19, 2021

-          Payment date: expected in January 28, 2021.
