On December 25, 2020, Fecon Corporation announces the selling of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury stock before trading: 1,509,570 shares

- Number of registered shares to sell: 1,509,570 shares

- Purpose: to supplement working capital.

- Expected trading period: from January 07, 2021 to February 06, 2021.

- Trading method: order matching or put through.

- Selling price: minimum 10,000 dongs/share.
