The Board resolution dated December 04, 2020, the BOD of Sai Gon Fuel Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the terms of the petroleum purchase contract in 2021:

-          Sai Gon Fuel Joint Stock Company signed the petroleum purchase contract with STS Petroleum and Logistics Service JSC (parent company).

-          For the source of gasoline Ron-92 ES (bio-fuel), SFC signed a contract to buy gasoline Ron 92-ES with Saigon Petrol Com Ltd (major shareholder) and made purchase when discounting sales compared to the same retail price, or higher than the specified discount rate in the Resolution.

2)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Phan Ngoc Hung as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) from January 01, 2021.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Trinh Ba Bo as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from January 01, 2021.
