According to Board Resolution No.13/2020 dated December 21, 2020, the Board of Directors of Kosy Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:
1) Approving to invest in Urban Area No.11, Gia Sang ward, Thai Nguyen city, with an area of 19.6 hectares, the total investment (VAT included) of 700,004 million dongs;
2) Approving the financial resource for projects: a loan equivalent to 250,000 million dongs at Agribank – Hoang Mai Branch and the owner’s equity equivalent to 450,004 million dongs.
3) Approving to use the entire assets formed from the owner’s equity and the loan to mortgage at Agribank – Hoang Mai Branch.
4) Shareholders will contribute additional charter capital to ensure the equity in case of increasing investment.
