The Board resolution dated December 24, 2020, the BOD of City Auto Corporation (CTF) approved the Phu My Auto Corporation (short name: PMA Corp.) (is subsidiary of CTF) to buy 800,000 shares of DAF Group Corporation with the transfer value of VND 8 billion.

To appoint Mr. Tran Quang Tri as the representative of contributed capital of Phu My Auto Corporation in Easy Car Corporation with 780,000 shares, accounting for 10% charter capital of Easy Car Corporation.
