The Board resolution dated December 21, 2020, the Board of Directors of ACC Binh Duong Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the report on the result of public offering to existing shareholders:

-          Total distributed shares: 20,000,000 shares, accounting for 100% total shares to be offered; Of which:

• To offer to existing shareholders: 18,704,739 shares
• To offer to outside investors: 1,295,261 shares

-          Total proceeds from the offering: VND 200,000,000,000

-          Total expenses: VND 181,925,909

-          Total net proceeds after the public offering: VND 199,818,074,091.

2)      Approving the amendment of the company’s charter capital with new shares.

-          New charter capital: VND 300,000,000,000, equivalent to 30,000,000 shares.
