CII Engineering and Construction JSC (CEE) announces the implementation of stock transaction with Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) as follows:
On December 09, 2020, Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) issued Announcement No.731/2020/CV-CII about the registration to buy 3,540,300 shares for increasing the ownership ratio at CEE up to 80% (calculated on the total outstanding shares of 39,500,000 shares).
Based on the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders dated April 28, 2020. Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock (CII) is working to resolve shareholders' rights to delist CEE shares on HOSE.
After Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock (CII) finished increasing its ownership at CEE to 72.95% outstanding shares of 28,813,402 shares. CEE will conduct a voluntary delisting on HOSE and register for trading at Upcom which is approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
