Based on Decision dated December 18, 2020, Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company (Bidiphar) announces the selling of all shares of Biotan Mineral Joint Stock Company (Biotan) with 405,000 shares, equivalent to 13.50% charter capital of Biotan and the value transfer to VND 13 billion.

            After the transfer completes, Bidiphar will own 0 share, equivalent to 0% charter capital of Biotan.
