According to the Board resolution dated November 30, 2020, the Board of Directors of Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the following issues:

1)       Approving the result of stock issuance under ESOP:

-          Estimated issue volume:  33,970,000 shares

-          Paid volume: 33,264,600 shares

-          Unsold shares volume: 705,400 shares.

2)      Approving the distribution of unsold shares: 

-          Number of shares continuing to be distributed to employees-: 705,400 shares

-          Subscription and payment date: from 11/30/2020 to 12/01/2020.
