According to Board Resolution No.12/2020 dated December 15, 2020, the Board of Directors of Kosy Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1) To cancel Minutes and Resolution No.11/2020/NQ-HDQT-KOSY dated December 14, 2020 regarding a record date for determining a shareholder list to pay dividends in stock and issue share purchase rights for public offering to the existing shareholders.

2) To change the record date for determining a shareholder list to pay dividends in stock and issue share purchase rights for public offering to the existing shareholders:

- Purpose: to determine a shareholder list to pay dividends in stock for 2019 and issue share purchase rights for public offering to the existing shareholders

- Original record date: December 28, 2020

- Adjusted record date: December 29, 2020.
