The Board of Directors of Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company approved to pay for the second phase of 2020 dividend in cash:

-          Record date:  December 31, 2020

-          Payment date: January 13, 2021

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (01 share – 01 vote)

-          Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company as from January 13, 2021.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
