KIS Vietnam Securities Corporation announced personnel change as follows:

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Mun Seong Pil as a member of the BODs.

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Cha Hun Do as a member of the BOS.

- Approving to elect Mr. An Song II as a member of the BODs in the term 2018-2022.

- Approving to elect Mr. Chun Sung Woo as a member of the BOS in the term 2018-2022.
