The Board resolution dated December 09, 2020, the BOD of Hang Xanh Motors Service Joint Stock Company approved to define the selling price of the company’s treasury shares as follows:

-          Current treasury shares volume: 134,270 shares

-          Number of registered shares to sell: 134,270 shares

-          Price determination principle: selling price ≥ reference price – (reference price * 50% price range).

-          Selling price: the selling price is defined according to the market price at the time of the transaction and no less than VND 13,500.
