On December 10, 2020, Tien Len Steel Corporation Joint Stock Company issued a decision to approve the plan to buy its treasury shares as follows:

- Issuer: Tien Len Steel Corporation Joint Stock Company

- Stock code: TLH

- Number of shares registered to buy (estimated): 5,000,000

- Purpose: to stabilize the stock price on the market.

- Expected trading period: within 30 days after being approved by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) and the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
