The Board resolution dated December 09, 2020, the Board of Directors of Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company approved to pay first cash dividend for 2020 as follows:

-          Exercise ratio (estimated): 10% (1,000 dongs/share)

-          Record date: December 23, 2020

-          Payment form: transfer

-          Payment date: December 31, 2020.
