Petro Vietnam Securities Incorporated (PSI) announces the resolution of obtaining shareholders’ written opinions dated November 16, 2020 as follows:

-          Approving to use the capital surplus to deal with the accumulated loss until December 31, 2019:

• Decreasing the capital surplus: 41,276,780,210 dongs;
• Increasing the undistributed profit: 41,276,780,210 dongs.
