Pursuant to Document No. 59/HDQT dated 29/10/2020 of Sai Gon Train Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending the 2020 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Canceling the shareholder list for holding the 2020 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on the record date of 12/10/2020.
Reason for cancellation: The issuer needed more time for the preparation of the meeting. The issuer shall proceed with the procedures again to record the list of shareholders for the General Meeting as regulated
