VCI: Board resolution on bond redemption prior to maturity

According to Board Resolution No.30 dated November 03, 2020, the Board of Directors of Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company (VCSC) approved the bond redemption prior to maturity as follows:

− Estimated redemption volume: 60,000 bonds

− Face value: VND10,000,000

− Estimated redemption value at face value: VND600,000,000,000

− Trading time: from December 2020 to June 2021 and after 15 business days from the day of signing of this resolution.
