The Board resolution dated November 03, 2020, the BOD of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation approved the establishment the following subsidiaries:

1)      Dai Phuoc Thien Minh Com Ltd

-          Charter capital: VND760,000,000,000 (DIC Corp contributed total value of business land use right of 55.722 m² with the value of VND 759,000,000,000).

-          Mr. Luu Van Bang contributed capital in cash with the value of VND 1,000,000,000

2)      Dai Phuoc Thien An Com Ltd

-          Charter capital: VND2,350,000,000,000 (DIC Corp contributed total value of land use right of 31 ha with the value of VND 2,349,000,000,000).

-          Mr. Luu Van Bang contributed capital in cash with the value of VND 1,000,000,000.
