On 30 October 2020, Trang Thi Commercial and Services JSC announced the adjustment of Documents for Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2020 as follows:
- Information before adjustment:
Used for the development of production and business activities of the company; additional working capital, investment cooperation in goods sale and purchase; investment in real estate project development; renovating, repairing, upgrading network locations to expand the scale and business lines; convert land lease with one-time payment for some locations to improve network use.
- Information after adjustment:
Used for the development of production and business activities of the company; additional working capital, investment cooperation in goods sale and purchase; investment in real estate project development; capital contribution investment; buying shares of reputable companies; renovating, repairing, upgrading network locations to expand the scale and business lines; convert land lease with one-time payment for some locations to improve network use.
