On November 02, 2020, KIS Vietnam Securities Corporation announces the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders in form of collecting shareholders’ opinions in writing with the following contents:

1)      Approving the Resignation Letter of member of Supervisory Board – Mr. Hoang Huy.

2)      Approving the additional election of Mrs. Nguyen Thi To Mai as member of Supervisory Board for the term 2018-2022.
