Thien Viet Growth Fund 2 announces the resolution of the 2020 extraordinary general meeting of investors as follows:

The Board of Directors of Thien Viet Asset Management Joint Stock Company decided to buy 1,300,000 fund certificates of Thien Viet Growth Fund 2 (FUCTVGF2) from Thien Viet Securities Joint Stock Company and increasing the owning ratio in Thien Viet Growth Fund 2 to 9.41%.
