PVH: Cancellation of record date for 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Pursuant to Document No. 53/CV-XLDKTH-TCHC dated 16/10/2020 of Thanh Hoa Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending the 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Canceling the shareholder list for holding the 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 11/06/2020.
Reason for cancellation: Major shareholder PVC holding 36% shares with voting rights has not approved some of the contents for the representative of the capital of PVC at PVC-TH to vote for in the Meeting. Therefore, the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders could not be held
