-          Stock type: common share

-          Stock code: DBT

-          Par value: VND 10,000/share

-          Current charter capital: VND 135,288,140,000

-          Number of shares issued: 13,528,814 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 13,528,814 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 676,440 shares

-          Total value of issue: VND 6,764,400,000

-          Exercise ratio: 20:1, equivalent to 5%/charter capital (At the record date, shareholder who owns 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 20 rights will be received 01 new shares).

-          The number of newly issued shares bought by each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-          For example: At the record date, the shareholder A owns 110 shares. With 20:1 performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 110 *1/20= 5.5 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 05 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.5 share will be cancelled.
