The Board resolution dated November 19, 2020, the Board of Directors of Siam Brothers Vietnam Joint Stock Company approved to change the record date to pay cash dividend for 2019 as follows:

-          Exercise ratio: 12% (1,200 dongs/share)

-          Record date: December 01, 2020 (instead of November 30, 2020)

-          Payment date: December 11, 2020.
