The Board of Directors of Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation approved to convene an extraordinary general meeting as follows:

- Meeting date: Tuesday, December 29, 2020

- Location: Melia Ha Noi Hotel, 44 Ly Thuong Kiet, Tran Hung Dao, Hoan Kiem district, Ha Noi city

- Record date: December 14, 2020

- Content: to vote for offering shares to the existing shareholders in order to the Company’s charter capital.
