On November 18, 2020, the Board of Directors of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company approved the purchase of real estate that was owned by Viet Duc Bridge Company Limited as follows:

- Real estate: Vinpearl Resort & Villa 2

- Location: Lot GL-5-5, Dam Gia, Hon Tre Island, Vinh Nguyen ward, Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province

- Purchase price: no more than VND25 billion

- Purpose: to invest in real estate

- Investor: Vingroup.
