On November 19, 2020, HOSE announces the record date for the for the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM) and the dividend payment of Rang Dong Holding Joint Stock Company:

1. Ex-right date:                      November 27, 2020

2. Record date:                        November 30, 2020

For the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM):

Meeting date:                          December 30, 2020    

Meeting venue:                       Lot H1-H9, street 8, Tan Do industrial park, Dua Hoa Ha commune, Duc Hoa district, Long An Province.

To pay stock dividend for 2019:

-       Exercise ratio: 10%

The one who owns 10 shares at the record date will receive 01 new share.

-       Estimated issue volume: 3,733,671 shares

-       How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be cancelled.
