HOSE announces the record date for the dividend payment of Nui Nho Stone Co-Operation:

Purpose                                   for the payment for the dividend in cash       

Dividend pay-out ratio:           50%/ par value (VND5,000/ share)

In which:

-          Dividend pay-out ratio for the last phase of 2019: 19%/ par value (VND1,900/ share)

-          Dividend pay-out ratio for the previous years: 2%/ par value (VND200/ share)

-          Dividend pay-out ratio from investment & development transferred: 11%/ par value (VND1,100/ share)

-          Dividend pay-out ratio for the 2020: 18%/ par value (VND1,800/ share)

Payment date:                          December 15, 2020   

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Nui Nho Stone Co-Operation as from December 15, 2020.
