According to Board Resolution No.491/2020/NQ-HDQT dated November 11, 2020, the Board of Directors of MaSan Group Corporation approved to sign facility agreements with BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse AG – Singapore Branch, Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited, The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited – Singapore Branch and other sponsors (if any). Accordingly, MaSan Group Corporation will borrow an initial amount no more than US$200,000,000, with the option of raising the limit to a maximum of US$50,000,000.

According to Board Resolution No.493/2020/NQ-HDQT dated November 11, 2020, the Board of Directors of MaSan Group Corporation approved to increase the contributed capital in The Sherpa Limited Company by VND1,000,000,000,000 from VND516,599,000,000 to VND1,516,599,000,000.
