On 14/11/2020 Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation announced the Board Resolution No.641/2020/QD-HDQT regarding the restructuring capital as follows:
- Approve that Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation transfers 765,000 shares of Vietnam Supermarket and Trading Import – Export Joint-stock company (Vinaconex Mart), equal 51% of Vinaconex Mart's Charter capital.
- This Resolution takes effect from the date of signature.
