HKB: Stock under trading suspension (HKB)

Pursuant to Listing Regulations at HNX attached to Decision No.639/QD-SGDHN dated 13/10/2016 and Decision No.958/QD-SGDHN dated 24/11/2017 regarding the amendment and supplement of Listing Regulations, HNX announces that the following stock to be put under trading suspension:
  • Issuer: Ha Noi - Kinh Bac Agriculture and Food JSC
  • Stock code: HKB
  • Effective date: 17/11/2020;
  • Reason: The Company has not remedied the cause for which stock has been put under supervision and continued to violate the regulations on information disclosure. According to Point 1.2, Item 1, Article 15 of the Listing Regulation, the stock is put under trading suspension.
Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when the stock is allowed to be traded again or changed to Alert/ Supervision status after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading suspension.
