VRC: Decision on tax penalties

On November 09, 2020, VRC Real Estate and Investment Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City dated October 26, 2020 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

- Penalty for false declaration: VND 78,660,545

- Corporate income tax arrears: VND 387,121,205

- Value added tax arrears: VND 6,181,522

- Late payment: VND 65,769,933.
