Pursuant to Document No. 123A/TB-NCS dated 02/11/2020 of Noibai Catering Services Joint Stock Company (Stock code: NCS) regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2020, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Canceling the shareholder list for attending the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2020 on the record date of 15/10/2020.
Reason for cancellation: The Company has not fully prepared the contents to submit to the General Meeting as planned
