According to announces the Board resolution dated November 04, 2020, the Board of Directors of Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (BECAMEX IJC) approved a principle contract on transferring the land-use right of Lot J9 of IJC Urban Area in New Urban Area, Hoa Phu district, Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province as follows:

− Party A: BECAMEX IJC

− Party B: BECAMEX IDC Corp

− Party A will transfer the land-use right of Lot J9 of IJC Urban Area in New Urban Area, Hoa Phu district, Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province to Party B.

− Contract value: 799,050,000,000 dongs.
