PTSC Thanh Hoa Joint Stock Company announces the 2019 dividend payment as follows:

1. Dividend rate: 7%/total par value held by shareholders according to the list recorded on 30/10/2020 by Vietnam Securities Depository
2. Date of payment: From 20/11/2020
3. Payment method:
3.1. For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited
3.2. For undeposited shares:
- Time of payment: From 9 A.M 20/11/2020
- Place of payment: Finance and Accounting Department - PTSC Thanh Hoa Joint Stock Company - Nghi Son commune, Nghi Son town, Thanh Hoa province
- Documents for dividend receiving:
+ For dividend receiving directly in cash: Shareholders are required to bring the Request for dividend receiving in cash (form attached), Securities certificate, and Identification Card (original copy). In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
+ For dividend receiving by bank transfer: Request for dividend receiving by bank transfer (form attached), notarized Identification Card/ Passport/ Business Registration Certificate
4. Document reception address: Secretary of the Board of Directors of PTSC Thanh Hoa Joint Stock Company - Nghi Son commune, Nghi Son town, Thanh Hoa province
