HAP: BOD resolution on purchasing the additional stock in Green Hospital

The Board resolution dated October 07, 2020, the BOD of Hapaco Group Joint Stock Company approved to buy the addtional shares in Green International Hospital Joint Stock Company with the following details:

- Number of shares contributed: 17,700,000 shares

- Value of contributed capital: VND 177,000,000,000, accounting for 33.65% charter capital of Green International Hospital Joint Stock Company.

- Number of additional shares: 9,652,100 shares

- Purchase price: VND 14,600/share’

- Total value: VND 140,920,660,000

- Total shares after additional purchase: 27,352,100 shares, accounting for 52% charter capital of Green International Hospital Joint Stock Company.
